Most unsatisfactory I arrived early today for a flu jab and was told to wait.meanwhile a cyclist arrived who as missed is appointment time He was seen before me and I protested but to no avail . I am 84 years old and suffer from arthritis severely and had to wait over 30mins standing (the seats are to low for me) Found staff most uncooperative and found it most distressing

I wouldn’t be giving them a star this particular day I visited as seen dr and they sent prescription over to them. So went into shop and a young girl served me and they didn’t have it would possibly be available within the next few day. With being in pain I asked for the prescription to this she huffed and thought I was being awkward. This should never happen as no one know what’s going on with someone coming straight from drs and in pain. I work in retail if I did this my job would be over with. I don’t usually do posts but I think it wants it.

Continuous locums and poor staff attitudes Ham Drive, Plymouth. First time in 30 years had a wrongly dispensed quantity. Company response was appalling. Have now transferred to a local independent where there is a named pharmacist in residence. Would urge locals to complain to head office if they have any issues. Check quantities before you leave the store. Not interested in hearing from the company again.

Visited this chemist today, I have what seems to me to be a nasal infection. I was seen by a Pharmacist who told me they do not prescribe on pharmacy first any thing to do with ears , nose ,and throat. I think they need to read on the internet that Well chemist can prescribe for antibiotics for sinusitis (Nose) ear ache (ears). Sore throat yes.... you guessed it (throat). Seems cant, becomes dont want to,...in this case . In an ideal world you should be able to see your doctor but we dont live in an ideal world. Pharmacist shouldnt be doctors, but thats to be taken up with the doctors. We are told see your pharmacist... Seems just not this one

Quite literally the WORST pharmacy in Plymouth. Firstly the pharmacy absolutely stinks. You walk in and it smells like something has died. The staff are slow and impolite. Items are never available when you need them and you keep getting told to come back the day after or the day after that and still, no items. They also lie about not being given the prescription from the GP surgery. The GP surgery has had to give me barcodes for my own medication and challenge them on the timestamps because they will just outright lie to you and say they haven’t received it because they either a) are too busy or b) don’t have the stock. They also unplug their landline making it impossible for you to see if your prescription is available. For limited mobility individuals or disabled people this will be a nightmare. More stress than this pharmacy is worth. We’re now moving to Honicknowle Pharmacy where they have 5* reviews even though it’s 3 miles out of my way. So in summary, don’t use them - they’re awful!

Very poor service, won't answer phone even after waiting 20mins!! And only 1 member of staff who is not very helpful!! Would highly recommend avoiding this chemist.

Advertise that they are open until 6pm but yet no-one is there at 5.20pm meaning I’m unable to pick up my medication until Monday. Really helpful.

I've been using this pharmacy for years. They have always been really helpful and pharmacist is always on hand to give useful advice when I've needed. I like the way they check up after you've received a new medication to make sure you're alright with it. Lovely people always very friendly.

This pharmacy is the worst Ive ever encountered. They RARELY pick the phone up, so if ,like me, you get prescriptions delivered and nothing turns up you can't find out what is going on. If by some miracle someone does pick up, it is a rude woman who makes you feel as though you're annoying her. They need to up their game. Frustratingly poor service.

In the last 30 minutes, I have called 20X , no one is picking up my calls. Reading other peoples post/s . This has been happening for quite some time, years! Calling before hand saves people time, effort and money & the planet ( petrol/ diesel) not coming in when prescriptions are not ready. Please start answering your calls.
