   Visited for fist time after ringing them, pharmacist was okay the person serving was snappy on the phone also while in there she was very rude and snapped after I asked a question, left the rest of my prescription there will not be going in there again am not racist, she has no respect for customers though we she works for us and we pay her wages

   Really unhelpful staff. There is a queue and no one is joining to serve, instead they are busy packing things in the back and talking. They looked like they really didn’t want to be there. I asked for help with a specific issue, I explained what didn’t work and what I’d like to try if possible. They kept offering me solutions that I had already tried and explained that didn’t work. I ended ordering the item from Amazon.

   Absolutely diabolical staff down there deprived of getting your own medication like they are paying for it. Think they are above you. Iv had to change my chemist because of them. Couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery.

   We were not receiving text message to say medication was ready, they have cancelled this service.. but had they told anyone.. NO. The young lady serving expecting me to know this ! When here colleague tried to tell her that customers didn't know she was rude to her. The young lady treated me as if I was stupid. Other people came in with the same problem whilst I was there, concluding that I wasn't the only one unaware.

   The staff are always pleasant and polite nothing is to much trouble for them all the staff are lovely if I call on the phone they tell me what time my prescription will be ready when I get there its always ready

   My husband got a text to say his medicine was ready. When he arrived was told it wasn't there. I went down and was told the same. I showed them the text, denied sending it.. I insisted they look and hey presto there it was ! This was the last straw after a long list of errors and persistent problems we're changing pharmacies. To say they are inept would be an understatement.

   Absolutely diabolical, if you can go to St Budeaux Square I'd do so, although to be fair you're better off going to any other pharmacy than a well. Shocking poor on stock leaving you days without meds you need and their attitude about it stinks.

   I've been a patient here for over 20 years and watched it getting worse and worse. If you have another choice of doctors take it don't register here as you will regret it. No time for you or anyone worse doctors practice in Devon. You can never get an appointment to see a doctor or nurse always 3 to 5 week wait.

   If I could I would give this chemist no stars. I'm having to go through my fourth withdrawal in the last 9 months as yet again I've got half my prescription missing! It's not just withdrawals from missing one medication it's several and it's not just a few ruff days it's weeks. I don't know if they are saving money by doing this but it's making my life a misery and I can't take much more. This should be illegal as it is a form of torture. Dispite complaining it happened again the very next time it's almost like they do it on purpose .I've had no painkillers for over a month aswell
