   I contacted this company regarding a family matter. I was given a free phone call to discuss my case.i was told I would receive an email from who I spoke to Rebecca. I never received the follow up email. I then contacted them again over a month later via chat and was given the contact details for Rebecca. I telephoned her and spoke to her secretary who asked for my details and told me she would contact me. Rebecca never did take the time to call me. Being a Solicitor you would expect a professional service by way of responding. I think I have contacted the wrong solicitors If they can't respond to a customer then what will the case work be like ? I'll find a Solicitor who does take interest in there work and Customer !    I have used Ringrose Law Grantham for 3 separate issues in the last few months, 2 house sales and a Will/Probate. I have to say that Donna Wilkinson and Nerina Farmer along with Emma Penson have been fantastic. Nerina is wonderful to deal with, extremely open and straightforward and lovely too. I would recommend them over many solicitors in Grantham who i have found in the past to be useless, slow or completely unresponsive.

   I have used Ringrose for several different things over the last 5 years: 2 x property purchases 1 x property sale 2 x Wills 2 x Trusts Their service is exceptional, I also find their rates very reasonable given the high quality of work that they deliver. They are infinitely better than one of those national conveyancing farms that Estate Agents recommend. Yes they're cheaper but the chance of your transaction falling through with those types is exponentially higher. A massive shout out goes to Donna Wilkinson who led on a particularly awkward transaction of our's. Her communication skills are second to none! She is incredibly responsive, patient and resolves all issues with the utmost efficiency. Would also like to tip my hat to Nerina Farmer, I really like how she goes about her business. Direct, tells it how it is and has a good sense of humour. Legal is not the place to be 'airy fairy' imo. I highly recommend Ringrose.

   I Contacted the Grantham branch roughly 3 months ago regarding a personal injury claim, I have been chasing it up for the entire time with not one call back whatsoever. Every time I phone I'm promised a call back from Jade Casey but never hear anything. Gave up in the end and decided to share my experience so others don't waste their time using this company. It's been so long since the injury now that it's unlikely I will be able to pursue this with another law firm so not only have they wasted my time for the last 3 months I am unlikely to be able to receive any compensation at all. Not a professional service and really not sure how they are still in business if they just ignore potential clients.

   Very informative with resolving a child law issue from what was an amicable separation that turned sour quickly. Listened to my partner and myself information making us feel like people and not just a pay check. Communication could be slightly better but this was mainly down to a busy schedule and a time frame from the clients side. But in the end got the job done making sure laws and legislation were followed. A father's right to see his children is as important as a mother's.

   Update: This year (2022), I have dealt with Jade over the last few weeks for a few queries and found her to be very helpful and professional; I'm not sure if this is unique to Jade or a general improvement in services, but I have increased my rating to 4 stars. My most substatial interaction was during my house purchase in 2016 and the review is below, so I'm still cautious, but I thought it was fair to update my review based on the latest experience. A few years ago, I rated 2 stars as they lacked communication skills, this includes keeping you up to date with what's happening in the process, what is required to move on to the next stage and at times just outright rude. The purchase did complete in the end, but the day before we were due to exchange involved me leaving work hours early to provide documents that should have been requested weeks in advance.

   I've used Ringrose Law and in particular, Nerina Farmer on two occasions when requiring conveyancing services. I have been completely satisfied with the service I have received. They are well priced and offer a quality service. Nerina is tenacious, and absolutely honest. I have always felt that she had my best interests at heart and it has been a pleasure to have her in charge of my property transfers. I recommend her, and Ringrose Law without reservation.

   Do not use this company!!!! 2 years after the sale of my house they called to say that I had legal fees to pay for that was a result of their administration mistakes. When I complained I was told someone would call me back. No one did and I subsequently had a letter threatening me with court proceedings.
