   Moving back to Uni after a summer away has been a transitionary period but spending more time in the Centre I found this place early on and have been coming back almost once a week for the odd homeware item that I find myself needing and them having it in stock. Really helpful place for a student like myself and I saw some good kitchen knives that I might just have to pick up next time.

   I went in to buy a corkscrew and a long lighter. I was not able to buy the lighters because I didn't have a physical passport on me. The physical passport?? Just an image wasn't good enough apparently. I'm 25 years old. This is just ridiculous asking for a physical passport for a lighter purchase. Never shopping here again

   Following them incidents that I was falsely banned from the union Street store I went into the galleries store just to buy a packet of crisps. The manager (blonde hair /glasses) stood back and pretended to be on her phone while watching me and then tried to have me falsely removed from the store out of petty and vindictiveness because her allegiances with Union Street store. It was reported to head office at the time but it was covered up which I'd expect nothing less from a corrupt head office and store management. It's clear that this woman has harassed multiple customers so why is this being allowed?

   Very messy store and staff should be advising each customer to keep 2 metre distance not just picking on the ones they don’t like the look of! Plus they don’t practise what they preach - members of staff were not keep their distance from customers!

   On the top floor of the galleries shopping mall. It has a multi story car park adjoining it. Its close to bus stops as its in the centre of Bristol. Escalators from the ground floor to the top second floor. There is access to the top level directly from Union Street outside. Lots of bargains in the store and their clothes section has come on leaps and bounds in recent months.
