Needed an emergency prescription. Called in to Boots in Kingsbridge and was advised to contact 111 and within the hour I was sorted. Great service all round. Would highly recommend Boots Kingsbridge.

Many thanks go to the Boots's pharmacist & her colleague for preparing my wife's urgent prescription yesterday whilst paramedics waited with her at home. Made a huge difference & we really appreciate the assistance given.

Unbelievably slow. How you can have so many staff yet transactions, however simple, take a minimum of 10/15 mins is beyond me….

Pharmacy Avoid. Wasting your time there. Most of time lots of people waiting in the line, at least 5-10 minutes waiting to be served. If not, there is unqualified people behind the counter who are not able to sell you things without permission from the manager who is usually not avaliable when it is needed.I went there 4 times during today and yesterday with no luck. Waste of time, slow poor service, people without qualifications can't selling you products... disappointed because I went there with high expectations.

Boots in prince of Wales road. Why can't they type in Wales in text messages instead of Wls road? They are slow at making up prescriptions. They say in two minutes, thats more like five minutes so that is why I am giving one star. I can't get olbas nasal spray to work. It is waste of money £6.99! Boots kingsbridge South Devon won't refund or change any medicine of any kind . I bought OLBAS OIL, but wanted the 28ml I bought the 20ml, but they would not change it and I did not open it at all. I went somewhere else close by and they changed it without a fuss. Do Boots kingsbridge think they are boots hq - head office? I think that is what they think, or they are miserable like everyone else in the town.

Wide range of goods for sale. Staff very knowledgeable but occasionally a bit blunt.

Very helpful girl who dealt with my queries with ease. On the next visit it hadn't changed at all. Once again very helpful girl at the till and before that she was wiping down and disinfecting the counter top and sanitising machine by the door. I'm impressed!

My mum went in to get some behind-the-counter cream for my dad’s undiagnosed skin condition and the gentleman behind the counter was just so incredibly rude. He demanded she tell him what the issue was and wasn’t subtle, announcing to the entire queue the issue we were going through. He then shouted at her saying she should have a GP appointment, but when she stated that we couldn’t get one for two weeks - he yelled at her to go private! Absolutely disgraceful service leaving my mum upset and embarrassed and never wanting to go into a pharmacy again. There was no privacy and she was horribly shamed for trying to treat a skin condition that we are still awaiting a doctor’s appointment for, despite the doctor telling us to go to the pharmacy in the meantime! Next time I’ll be sure to provide her a body guard to make sure no more verbal attacks occur for simply trying to relieve symptoms of a skin condition.
