They have a large range of sweets, chocolate and drink at good prices. The people working here are always friendly and quick. I used to come here weekly and have never had any problems.
There is a young lad named Tom who works at the Bradley Stoke branch who is so polite, hard working, chatty and helpful. The other staff members need to take a leaf out out of his book and step up to the mark. They appear to leave the work to him.
Do not shop here unless you want to be missed charged. I wasn’t given a reciept and was short changed by a few quid. There was also several other customers who had been overcharged. Don’t get caught out. This was Bradley Stoke branch.
Pricing is absolutely poor, more than 50% shelf prices missing. Not One below should be One Above.
Great place for a bargain, but do watch the sizes of the items. Does sell a wide range of food, stationery, toiletries, home and garden wares
I go to one below for all my craft items for work I can always find everything I need to do all my craft items and I also get a few things to make up Christmas presents the staff are always helpful and polite keep up the good work
Absolutely APPAULING service. Tried the store on the advice of a friend and I have to say it was a shambles! I couldn't make sense of the prices and the stuff was all over the place. The child that served me at the till didn't even speak once I finally found something to buy as they had none of the things I wanted. Overall I'm very disappointed. Fortunately poundstretchers had everything I needed and it was clearly laid out! Maybe one below should take notes from their rival on how to treat their customers before they lose them all to the competition!
