   Thank you for your excellent service today. I had pre-booked a wheelchair assessable taxi to take my mum, who is in residential care, with one passenger, my sister, out for coffee. My other sister and I followed in my car. The driver was very polite and kind towards us all. The driver made sure mum, in her wheelchair, was safe and secure. At pick up the driver confirmed our pre-booked return journey back which was very reassuring. I made the booking 2weeks ahead and then confirmed the booking 2days before. Each time I called, your call handlers, Rachel and Pete, were very helpful and gave me an estimate of fare. Thank you for making our trip out with mum today that bit easier. Catherine and sisters.

   Ordered a taxied at 10.10am was still stood waiting at 10.50am disgusting service will never use again I ended up using uber they turned up in 3mins far more better service uber highly recommended

   Southside cars have done me no wrong so far. Maybe a mishap here or there, but they always come through and are always polite. Great service so far using them since moving to Clifton 3 months ago Edit: Had to bump this down to a 4 star. There have been some drivers who just shouldn't really be taxi drivers. Like being in their phone when picking people up, using their phones whilst driving, asking for which directions even though they have GPS, some other stuff. I usually get some decent people, but there at least 3 I've had a bad time with.

   Absolutely unreliable for airport service. Twice accepted the booking well in advance only to ‘confirm my booking was successfully cancelled’ whilst on holiday with approx. 24hrs notice. Booked via Western cars app. Won’t use either again.

   Telephone ordering was very good, gave request to take my wife in for a spinal operation and needed a very careful drive in to the hospital. Driver got the instruction OK and was very good indeed. Fair pricing too. Definitely recommend Southside Cars.

   Booked taxi for specific time in the morning. Rang up when it was late to be told that taxis don’t turn up when booked but when available. I was on a course and allowed 20 minutes for a five minute journey but was told if I have a set appointment I should have made them aware. Everyone insists this is standard procedure. Why bother booking a time then? Terrible service will not be booking a journey with them again. I cancelled all cars I had booked for other days/times. But I was charged for all 3 journeys despite never getting in the car. I have made 9 phone calls and written 2 emails chasing a refund. I’m still awaiting confirmation that the money has been sent to my bank. - no apology at all but the cheek to ask me to delete my review.
