   was well stocked, just didn't have what we were looking for so didn't buy anything this time. seemed to be a lack of shop assistants at the time we visited, maybe a Monday thing, at least they were open which is more than other outlets in torbay on a Monday.

   I found what i wanted but certainly think customer service needs to be looked at - the girl who served me (after barking "next")had no smile and when l asked her a question just sort of grunted at me and then another staff member answered my question!! Training needed and a big heap of politeness!!

   Came 4 days ago for an emergency shopping as I needed some outdoor clothes. Store was well organised in terms of sizes and stuff but ALL of the employees, apart from just one nice guy who was doing lots of things, were talking to each other and not wearing masks neither keeping social distance. Asked just a couple of things and looked at me like I owned something to them. Also rude with other customers. Really bad. You can have a bad day or not like your job but specially nowadays you need to appreciate what you have, and just be nice with customers.

   Not a bad shop, good selection and reasonable prices. I find it very good for work boots that are normally expensive anywhere else, not so at Sports Direct. Store is upstairs but a lift is available. Good parking next to bus station with pay meters less than 500 meters away.
