Needed some walking shoes for my son. Selection in store is not great - admitted by staff. However, we managed to find something and the staff were really helpful.
Was looking for a coat but didn’t want an expensive coat. Staff were friendly and asked if I needed any help. It was raining so I needed a waterproof jacket.

Mountain Warehouse sale is excellent. I wanted a ladies 3 in 1 waterproof jacket but never had any that fit in the sale. In the end I tried on a man's 3 in 1 waterproof jacket and fit better and looser than a ladies jacket and got it the same price as the ladies to. Staff are lovely and very helpful.
Small branch of this nationwide store. Branches now closed in Torquay so this one is the only one in to the bay. Good range of products including camping and outdoor. Helpful friendly staff .
Just popped in looking for another shop and the staff couldn't do enough to help me I'm so happy with the staff there and the shop itself was so clean and tidy I have nothing but good things to say for this store my mask also broke on the way into town and they offered me one from behind the counter straight away very very helpfull
Excellent outdoor clothes and equipment shop. Great range of quality own brand items at sensible price. Real bargains to be had especially if you sign up for discount vouchers.
