Great shop with really nice helpful staff who give a great service, Over and above that I have to say that Mountain warehouse guarantee policy is great and I’ve never had any problems with returning any items. So will continue to shop with them.
Some great stuff, but overall quality can be poor. I strongly warn against buying their shoes, which tend to fall apart very quickly. I have spent a small fortune e trying g to get the soles of these shoes to stay stuck!
Rude staff. Was hesitant about letting me try something on as the store was closing in 5 minutes. The man working there looked over at a woman working there rolling his eyes. Did not want to spend a penny here.
Quite a large store right on the High Street, so you can park right outside. Lots of stock, well organised.
Poor quality items
Excellent place. Loads on sale. Lady at the counter went out of her way to help us and the purchase was easy and without fault.
One of the bigger shops so has plenty of stock Great staff. Worth a visit.
Always remember you are their last part of their quality control. They don't mind you taking stuff back though when it's falling apart.
B day present of nice looking shirt. Fitted beautifully. First wash it shrank by about 3 sizes so got one wear and had to give to a small person. This is cheap indian cotton being sold at high prices.
