This is a fantastic toy shop, great selection of products and some amazing bargains all over the store. Everything is very good value, but they also have a price promise so you can shop in confidence, without the need to go anywhere else. Staff are very friendly and knowledgable. An easy 5 star store

Good selection of toys, and great for ideas for birthdays. Quite a wide range of items. Some items are cheaper than the supermarkets so worth a visit. Friendly staff. Good location.
It’s brilliant to have a local toy shop; the prices are reasonable, but I’d rather buy from here even if it was more expensive than Amazon anyway. There’s a very good Lego selection and an equally good Sylvanian Families selection, so my kids are always happy to pop in to browse when we’re in Epsom (and so am I, Lego is for adults too!)

I have been queueing for 2 hours outside your Epsom store for the Charizard UPC waiting for the shopping centre to open, after going in store the day before to ask if you will have any and being told yes. Only after waiting since 6:50am to be told 1 has been reavers by staff and the other has been reavers by a customer, when you don’t reserve products. I’m very angry and disappointed with this service and will be leaving a formal review informing collectors to avoid your store ad you have no integrity for first come first serve principles. Disgusting.
This place was just about tolerant at most. It was neither awful nor was it any place extraordinary or worthwhile. There were certain toys that even I found quite lovely and cute, however the prices were not as cheap as they claim to be and the shopkeepers took too long to scan our items as they were indulged in deep conversation. Overall I would rate this place 3 stars.
Excellent toy shop, fairly small but really have chose a good range of toys to choose from with all different age ranges and different types of toys, board games, outdoor games etc and all at reasonable prices. Also staff are friendly and very helpful. I live locally but would come out of my way if I had to to shop her for my children. Would definitely recommend
