   I bought items online from this company, refund process is shocking. You have to constantly badger them or you just get ignored. The replies to emails are usually standard replies which don't actually answer your issue. I am still trying to find out if they have an item which was returned to them 2 weeks ago. I think it is fair to say they try to avoid giving you a refund and you have to fight them to get it.

   This shop always has offers on and there were some great bargains in there today (if they had your size) .. they had some massive reductions on walking boots and jackets. If you go to Dartington with the intention of walking to Totnes and it rains, make a stop here as they have plenty of waterproof and shower proof jackets, so you don't have to get wet. There is now 3 hours free parking at Dartington, so enough time to shop in Tog and have a look around the rest of the centre.

   Great selection casual sportswear for men and women. If you want to try any jackets or full zip fleeces on you can but then hand to store assistant, who quarentines them. There was no pressure to buy and all items had discounts, many up to 50%. Quality is very good, sizes are generous in the menswear. The store is spacious enough to allow a comfortable shopping experience with a limit on numbers and sanitisers at the entrance. Highly recommended for a visit if you are at Dartington with a variety of interesting shops on the site.

   Love visiting this shop (and the others on site) the staff are always friendly and the young lady who helped us today was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. The equipment they sell is great quality at a good price and there is plenty to choose from. I (and my wife) have both bought a lot of kit from here now and it is my first port of call when looking for outdoor gear.
