   Love my wetsuit: as someone with sensory issues, it's so nice to find a wetsuit that feels nice on the skin, zips at the front and doesn't have tons of uncomfortable seams. Additionally, when I realised I'd ordered a size too big, they let me exchange the wetsuit at their warehouse for a smaller size, and everyone at the warehouse was very accommodating! Brilliant little independent business!!

   If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered my daughter an aged 2-3 years wetsuit. Paid £3.99 for delivery. It arrived and it’s the size of a 4-5 years wetsuit. Absolutely ginormous. I asked to return but have been told I’d have to pay to return. What’s the point? I’d have paid the same in delivery costs as the item itself costed. No other reputable company I know charges you to return an item. I emailed claiming its was false advertising. But the company literally don’t care. Do not order from them. I’ll be spreading the word about this on all review websites and social media channels. I promote outdoor living and this brand is not the one.

We use TwoBareFeet wetsuits in our school and our customers rave about them, they look great and are affordable. Equipment orders always arrive next day and they offer no quibble returns. If you're looking for bulk orders for your school or items for yourself you can buy in confidence here, I highly recommend these guys, fantastic!

   Bought a couple of SUPS from this company. I was almost put off ordering as their phone line is initially automated and they don't have a physical shop you can visit, however went ahead and placed my order online and requested a call back for some advice. Harmony called back within a few hours and she was very helpful. Placed my order online at 2pm and although they couldn't guarantee next day delivery, it arrived by 10am the next day. Really impressed with the service and very happy with the quality products so far. Thank you.

   We bought a SUP a month or two ago, which is amazing, very stable for beginners and well priced, but most impressive is their customer service. The extender lock on the paddle broke after very limited use, and TBF offered to replace it free of charge after I sent them a photo - communication was great (thanks Harmony!!) from a very friendly, helpful member of their team. Pleasure to deal with you!!
