   Collapsing beds causing injury or worse! Used Robinson's because they had good customer reviews so I bought a bed. 18 months or so later screws fixing the frame and bedhead needed tightening so out comes the spanner. The tool slipped because the corners of the screws became rounded off. Metal being too soft causes this and it's a frequent occurrence these days. This was reported and a photo of the inferior product attached. Then the inferior product, the screws, sheared completely at 1am and the bed collapsed. A very frightening experience! Covid prevented further investigation but on recovery Robinson sent their man to assess and photograph clearly inferior rounded off and sheared screws. They tell I'm out of warranty and can do nothing. This doesn't concern a warranty but goods not fit for purpose or not of merchantable quality. A bed should not be failing after 18 months when used by one person. Robinson's then apparently accept some of the blame by offering replacement parts to repair the bed. Then they withdraw that offer! I want to be wrong in seeing Robinsons failing to manage this properly and as an injured veteran, now an NHS worker having to use a mattress on the floor I see problems ahead. The most worrying thing could mean beds sold by this company might collapse causing injury! Stay safe! Don't buy a bed from this company. Buy one from someone who'll help if things go wrong. Be careful! The company has just emailed offering to repair the fault. That it has taken so long to get to this point is disgusting. Apalling treatment! Be very careful what you buy from Robinson's.

   Great company to deal with. I purchased two small tables that unfortunately we’re not suitable colorwise. The customer service was second to none and the lady I spoke to was so helpful. I got my refund straightaway . Would definitely use again.

   Excellent customer service (particularly from Helen), especially at such a difficult time. Chest of drawers we ordered arrived and assembled easily and will be fine for our requirements, although not sure I would have wanted to pay full price for the item but happy with sale price. Would be happy to use Robinsons again.

   Such excellent service all round, would recommend for sales service after care and safe fast helpful delivery drivers that care for your products. Always replied super fast to questions, Helpful sending out samples of material etc before deciding to buy, Then when our new Super King Size Bed arrived, Its a fantastic lovely sleigh bed. solid wooden feet. Fab colour and solid heavy bed with metal supports all round not like cheaper models where the supports are made of wood. Would defo buy off again and i can see now why they have been on the High street for over 30 years and on ebay for 9 years its the excellent products and customer service will keep them there for many more years :)
