I have used Coversure for quite a few years now and I have to say how disappointed I have been with the Coversure Claims Department when we have recently made a claim. Not as good as I thought they would be, very much hard work and do not inform you of anything that is happening along the way. I'll look around for an alternatives this time I think for our fleet insurance as I am not too happy with our experience.
I deal with several members of the team who are all extremely helpful. Jake and Kyle look after my liability and fleet insurance respectively. They are both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Am also going to receive a quote from them when my household insurance runs out next year.
