   Up until recently had been very happy with swinton bike now having this experience makes me never want to use them again. Poor service and lots of stress because no-one wants to hold on yo dealing with and passes you around full circle for days. So action was taken and spoke with a solicitor regarding what's happening to start legal proceedings against them if it continues. Informed them all of a sudden they start getting things sorted. Shouldn't run companies this way as no one will want to return afterwards.Terrrible way to run a business.

   Poor service, acruing bank charges as for 3 months running drawing from wrong bank account despite many phone calls to store, still waiting to be called back after most recent brush off. However they are still happy to be charging me their own charges as well. Had to use the breakdown service the other day and this branch hadn't even passed on my details to their breakdown service provider leaving me stranded for half the day. No explanation offered.
