   My husband and I were first advised to use James Leighton when we bought our new build five years ago. Our current mortgage deal is due to end July 2023 and James Leighton have been very pro active in approaching us and leading us step by step through the entire process. Everyone who we have dealt with have been fantastic, our mortgage advisor Daniel Ross was excellent, he listened and created us a fantastic mortgage tailored to our needs and eased the stress considering the current situation. Furthermore, we have also received some excellent advise regarding life insurance and had another excellent experience with Jamie, who found us a life insurance policy which fit our needs and budget perfectly. In future I think we will always use James Leighton and recommended anyone else to do the same.

   I first used James Leighton back in 2020 when I bought my new build property from Persimmon Homes and they were recommended to me as mortgage broker. As I'm coming to the end of my fixed rate deal, I decided to approach them once again to find me the best deal and after dealing with Leanne Morris, she was wonderful throughout the whole process. She listened to what I was saying and understood what I wanted, especially in the crazy climate we're in at the moment. She made the process seem very easy and I would definitely recommend her!
