Brilliant experience. It is very cold inside, do wear layers. We were there on a warm day and were still very grateful for the throws on the deckchairs. Highly recommend that you sit back in the big room and take in the Audio visual experience it's captivating. Hold all your expectations for an art exhibit, this is a wonderful way to immerse yourself in Van Gogh, his life and work.

The experience, visuals, exhibition, immersive experience, virtual reality section were all great and the information cards were very informative and useful. Venue was great too, this is nothing personal and I completely understand their reasons but my friend and I did not appreciate being asked to leave about 40 minutes earlier than we had to on Thursday 11 May simply because the staff clearly wanted to finish early and we were the last two there. Having someone lurking over your shoulder when you're trying to get the most of the immersive experience is a bit distracting as I'm sure you can appreciate. Especially as my friend had paid the extra for the VIP experience, this kind of left a bad taste in our mouths.

What a magical experience. Yes, the exhibition is cold however its housed inside an old, empty church and its to be expected, it certainly didnt take away from experience. Take time to read everything prior to the emmersive experience as it sets you up to understand the experience. Have already booked to bring my Father back.

A truly memorable experience. Great family day out. You need to arrive about 10 minutes prior to your allocated slot. There is parking outside, but it is a bit limited. We paid a bit extra for VIP passes, which includes the VR session and a free Van Gogh poster at the end. The main exhibition is about 45 minutes and is on a loop. We sat on the beach chairs and they provided small blankets. The Church is cold, wear something warm. We also loved the VR session at the end which lasted about 15 minutes. You are virtually inside the paintings. Well worth the visit. We are all glad we went.

It was a nice change, I had a nice time with my family. It was quite cold there, but we had warm jackets, only our noses were cold. A week earlier, when we arrived at the exhibition, we were not allowed in because the heating oil had run out. We had to rebook tickets for another date, but everything was arranged efficiently within a few minutes, by e-mail. The price of the VIP ticket includes a VR set and you can watch the animation for about 10 minutes and it was also interesting. Each VIP ticket comes with a poster at the exit. Nice time.

A well-designed event, creatively presented with some great content including timeline, soundtracks, visually very captivating. Immersion room and VR experience very enjoyable. Drawback -the building was far too cold to really savour it. All staff were great, please get them adequate heaters! Would be great to add a cafe spot for hot drinks at the exit!

Summarising: It was just alright. Definitely overpriced for what it is, and with an optional VR experience for... 5Β£ extra!!!! (We didn't do it). The main room with the projectors was nice but a bit disappointing. First of all, there were not enough seats and had to sit on the floor until someone left. The place was absolutely freezing and sitting on the floor / an uncomfortable folding deck chair didn't help at all. Don't get misled with the pictures - they look better than in person. In reality, all the colours are washed out and there are a few blinding lights pointing directly at you no matter where you sit. I found the video very artistic and nice but it lacked a bit more of explanations - but I guess for that you have to read all the text on the walls prior to the main room which makes it dull and boring, and not inviting to do while you're freezing - and definitely not an "immersive" experience. Overall it was disappointing, just alright, and I wouldn't recommend it for 25Β£ unless you don't care about money!
