    I started training with Gary in 2014. Initially with my son (then aged 4) and then myself (then aged more than 4). I wanted my son to increase his confidence and learn a new skill. Within 6 months he had gone from not wanting to take part (through shyness) to standing up in front of his peers and performing TKD move counting to 10 in Korean. It has been great for him, improving his discipline, his confidence as well giving him an increased understanding in what it is to be healthy and active. The adult classes are a great mix of people of all abilities and ages. It is a great way to get fit, improve your coordination and push yourself.
