The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Carol is an absolute star who has been extremely patient while we chopped and changed on the holidays we wanted. She has also gone out of her way to ensure we get the best possible rates. I must also mention Dianne who was really helpful.

We booked a night at the Slieve Donard hotel after seeing an offer on Facebook from Orrs for £70 each a night for B&B. It was perfect, two of us ended up with a suite on the top floor! Super king size bed, gorgeous bathroom and furniture. We had such a great time.

From the moment we entered the very friendly atmosphere was evident. Our enquiry was not the usual I just want a holiday, but Kyle took all in his stride and really went out of his way to research our various possibilities. My wife and I had been struggling to put an itinerary together but by the time we left it was as if a great weight had been lifted off our shoulders. I was very impressed and grateful.
