   Staff are so nice and friendly if it wasn’t for how nice the staff are I would have cancelled my holiday as unfortunately huge price difference off £500 for the exact holiday I booked months ago now being sold in the same store £500 cheaper and was told I’d loose £250 pp if I cancelled and rebooked even tho the deposit I paid was £125pp really has put a downer on my trip of a lifetime as I feel I’ve been ripped off by hays travel so will not be using hays again unfortunately

   Good friendly service but no contact after payment made..emails not answered...insurance not sorted properly and no flight details given which is preventing me from online check-in...also paid for hotel transfer which never showed up..no refund as no receipt...overall though did get a good deal on my cruise...thankyou Linda....have booked holiday for 2023 to China...
