I recently booked a trip to Hurghada with them and the attention to detail and recommendations Emma provided were amazing. The hotel was beautiful and staff were fantastic. The area and local was breathtakingly beautiful and would recommend it to anyone travelling with friends or family.    Very friendly and professional service from Trevor. He had lots of knowledge of the ski resort we were going to having been there himself a few times and was able to give us his inside knowledge to help us choose our hotel and board basis. He didn't try to upsell a more expensive package. He even gave us tips on which local restaurants were good. We got a really good deal on our holiday too. My husband had looked around and Rosetta had the best value we could find. Looking forward to booking more holidays with your help in future, Trevor. Thanks
