We booked the Giant’s Causeway and Game of Thrones Day Tour for three people and arrived at the pickup point on time. Unfortunately, we were told the bus was overbooked and we were not allowed to join the tour. As tourists with a tight travel schedule, this completely ruined our plans for the day. There was no alternative tour offered, and we lost the experience entirely. A refund was processed later, but this does not compensate for the time wasted, disappointment, and inconvenience caused by poor capacity management. I would advise future travelers to be cautious, as confirmed bookings were not honored.

We took the coach tour to the Giant’s Causeway and several other stunning stops, and it was absolutely fantastic. The tour was well-paced and great value for money, but what truly made the experience exceptional was our driver and guide, Lindsey. He was brilliant—funny, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. His stories, humour, and passion for the area brought everything to life. Thank you, Lindsey, for making our day so memorable!

Had a great day on the Giant’s Causeway trip with Allen’s Tours. Our guide Mark was funny and made the journey really enjoyable. Don’t miss spotting the reindeer on the way!

I did the giants causeway and game of thrones tour. My driver’s name was Lindsay, He is an absolute legend. Very informative and looked after me really well! Definitely do this tour :)

For having slight mechanical issues our driver was still able to make the experience phenomenal even with "Karens" on board. My husband and I loved the whole tour, got some nice souvenirs including a 21 year old whiskey from Bushmills, enjoyed some yummy pavlova and cappuccinos from a coffee shop down the street from the distillery(Mikes coffee shop) and learned some local lore on how the giants Causeways were created. Overall I would definitely recommend Allen's Tours to everyone!!

What a fantastic day on the Giant's Causeway tour! Darren (driver & tour guide) is not only a great driver but also a fountain of knowledge, has a great sense of humour and a lot of patience, such an asset to the company. Not easy doing both the driving and the guiding, especially when navigating the narrow winding roads. As about the route and all the places visited, no need to say, absolutely beautiful! Helped of course by a gorgeous sunny day (after a very wet start!). Everything was fantastic and would use this company in future without any hesitation! If you plan to do this trip, pack water and some sandwiches for lunch. Or buy some at Co-Op in Bushmills, the lunch stop, and enjoy them on your stop at the Causeway. Pack a rain (and wind) jacket and wear good walking shoes. There is a shuttle bus down to/ up from the causeway but it can get quite crowded. If you start from their office in Donegall Rd and want breakfast, get there at least an hour early, the Cafe opposite has everything you could want for a very reasonable price to see you through the day. And then can board the coach early and get a nice front seat to enjoy panoramic views throughout the day. You will have such fun!

I paid £20 for a one day (9am - 5 pm) bus tour to giant causeway and needless to say I spent one of the greatest adventure with this trip. We stopped at carrickfergus castle, rope bridges, giant causeway (greyjoy's ironborne from game of thrones), and dark hedges. The driver/guide is very funny and friendly as many as Irish people I met in Ireland. He shared some tips about what to do and what to avoid, even some historical story of what happens during the troubles era in northern Ireland. At the end of the trip he said to share good news if we all satisfied and I hope this review can give a boost to your business. Cheers.

I’m from California and Lindsey is the best tour guide I’ve ever had. I left with so much knowledge about Ireland and the tour, also had an amazing time in the process.I will definitely go back again! Highly recommend!!
