   I just want to tell others about the super efficient service we experienced recently at Trailfinders Belfast. As soon as we entered the door we we put at ease by a very polite gentleman who told up that Sarah would soon be free to discuss our potential trip to NZ. Sarah turned out to be very knowledgeable and presented all the options in an agreeable fashion and wasn't at all pushy. Sarah made all the reservations and my wife and I both felt we had been treated respectfully and efficiently. Bravo Trailfinders and Sarah!

   We booked our family of 6 holiday to California with Trailfinders having previously booked trips to Australia and different US locations with them. They took the time to guide us on what was suitable for the range of ages of our children and we visited a further 2 times to make adjustments. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a holiday of a lifetime. We will be forever thankful for the care and attention they provided for our trip of a lifetime.

From the first introduction, the excellent questions she asked and great solutions, to our very sketchy requirements, Adel came up with a dream itinerary to suit myself and my husband (opposite holiday requests) at a price we were very happy with. Nothing short of a miracle !

   Disappointing, the establishment was recommended to my party by another business in this resort, on arrival at approximately 7 o’clock my group of 7 were told that due to the fact they had been busy there was only fillet steak left, on arrival our arrival there was on 4-6 customers, however they were able to rustle up one sirloin. presentation poor (sorry no photos) I was so disappointed as was my party. Need to up their game and not disappoint their customers.

   Trailfinders Belfast a company you can depend on. We recently returned from a long awaited trip to South Africa( delayed due to Covid). During our trip booked and organised by the Belfast Branch we encountered several disappointing aspects in relation to quality of accommodation. I made contact with both local management of these accommodations and also management of Trailfinders through the Trailview app. I got an almost immediate response from Trailfinders in Belfast who did their best to solve our problems together with local management. On our return home Sinead the local manager telephoned me and took on board our issues with the properties. We have also received a generous refund in respect of the properties which fell below acceptable standard as advertised. I would have no hesitation in booking with Trailfinders again for future trips as I can confidently say that thing will be well organised and in the event of any misfortunes the company have your back to solve them

   While the company themselves are fantastic and efficient unfortunately they use a broker in England CSAL who do not reply to or settle claims so taking a policy out through this company is pointless. I think it's important anyone taking a policy out with this broker is aware of the fact that they will be unlikely to receive a settlement if they have to claim. I sent all my paperwork in February, I have yet to receive anything other than generic emails saying they will get back to me. I have referred the matter to the Financial Ombudsman in the UK now which is such a waste of my own personal time also.
