We had not ever been on a Family holiday with our adult Son and Daughter so we called into Hays in Newtownabbey with no notion of where to go or what might suit. We spoke with Andrea first and she made a few suggestions. We settled on Dreams Hotel in Playa Blanca. Andrea and the team there, all kept in touch informing us about various important updates along the way. Their customer service was impeccable. This was absolutely the most hassle free, seamless experience I have ever experienced and our Family had, what can only be described as the holiday of a lifetime. Thank you to all the team in Hays Newtownabbey who helped us along the way and now we just need to figure how we can top that experience next year. Rest assured we will certainly be speaking to Hays again for our next trip.
