   I had an initial consultation with David - it was the best financial conversation I've ever had. We had an indepth chat about my circumstances and David gave me really valuable holistic advice relating to a range of financial topics. David clearly explained various points of detail and I left feeling much more sure about how to proceed and reassured. David pointed out the relative importance of different actions I could take, some of which I hadn't fully appreciated, and I suspect will be financially important. I am genuinely so pleased that I reached out to David - he did not attempt to sell me anything and explained what position I need to be in for him to add value as part of a paid service in the future.    I'm very pleased with the service received from Jessica and her team at Riverfall. Its been a bit of a minefield for me trying to access my pension pot from the Prudential, but Jessica has been able to access my pension pot and provided me with a policy so that I can receive part of my pension before I officially retire in 5Yrs time allowing me to reduce the number of days I work a month.    I've had a wonderful experience working with Riverfall Finance. To be honest, I wasn't looking forward to it, but they helped me with some financial planning and the process was always a pleasure. I met David first who took some details from me and then had some meetings with Jessica. I also had great follow-up from Claire and Laura in the support team who kept everything running smoothly. What stuck me was the approach which was very much focussed on me as a person and what I wanted, not just the numbers.
