   Some of the most inept staff ever. 10 minutes to change a till roll whilst gossiping with the woman on the only other till, who then has to stop serving to aid the clearly challenged girl on the other till. Use the other branch in Bath where the staff are competent.

   Best Place of For Products [ Beauty or Health ] In Bath & The Staff Are Brilliant: (20/05/2025) I went into Superdrug Southgate, Bath on Tuesday 20th May, 2025 & I had one of the best customer experiences in recent years. I was trying to look for cream that would be great for my face duo, to that it often get's very dry throughout the week. Louise [ Store Manager ] found me "Coco Butter", which has given moisture to my face drastically since putting it on my skin this morning [ 21/05/2025 ]. Elementary, I write to express my sincere appreciation & gratitude for Louise [ Store Manager ] . She delivers time after time, an incredibly high professional & competent customer service experience, which she provided in both a friendly and accessible manner. In addition, Louise [ Store Manager ] is incredibly "attentive" every time I come to Superdrug Southgate, Bath & goes to great lengths to check on how my day had gone, which is what makes a "curated" high quality customer experience in my view. Louise [Store Manager ] always produces an extremely satisfying customer experience from start to finish, for which I will always be grateful for. Furthermore, I would absolutely recommend Louise [ Store Manager ], as she is extremely knowledgeable about the all the Beauty & Health Products that Superdrug company has to offer. Louise [ Store Manager ] was incredibly curating & punctilious throughout my "lovely customer experience". Subsequently, I would strongly recommend "Superdrug Southgate, Bath" duo, to their lovely customer service atmosphere, great "Health & Beauty Products" options & genuinely a positive consistent customer engagement culture". Louise [ Store Manager ] is the Embodiment of "Superdrug Customer Experience Ethos"

   I came here last week on a Thursday to buy some new make up. I was approached by a lady called Millie who was working near the make up, she asked if I needed any help which I replied yes. Through my entire visit there she helped me with everything, to approaching me at the start to ask if I needed help, to finding a lip liner to go with some lipgloss I choose, to also giving me a wipe to use when I was testing out different make up. I’ve got to say, that level of service was top tier! Never have I been into a shop and had that much help from a member of staff. Her continuous help through my visit was not unrecognised, I left the store very happy! After spending £40 in here I’ve got to say it was 100% worth it after the service I received by Millie. Not once did she moan or show any sign of impatience neither, she would always smile and be more than happy to help. Thank you for making my visit to Superdrug so easy and stress free. I received exceptional customer service from Millie which I will never forget. You’re an absolute credit to the store Millie!!

   This is interesting: A Superdrug I never noticed was there before. Well-stocked, and handy for the bus station. So if eg the Chippenham one is out of stock of something, which it frequently is, this branch is handier in passing, then the Westgate one. Surprising they have two branches so close together: Perhaps they're moving the Westgate one here?

   Good selection of products, but many are often out of stock and it's about 75/25 for if a staff member will be very helpful and lovely or rudely brush you off.
