   I wanted to order a large donor meat and chips at this place. The owner and worker of this place lied and said he only does only one size. I said to him, on your website it has a large option so you do not only have a regular size. The worker/owner started to become disrespectful and he raised his hands in a disrespectful gesture. I do not tolerate these behaviours at all. I asked for my money back, then he made another disrespectful gesture using his head. I do not tolerate these behaviours at all. I am a man of very high values and I am a highly valuable man and I do not tolerate any sort of disrespect whatsoever. His behaviours the owner/restaurant worker were rude and disrespectful and such behaviours I do not tolerate at all.

   Do not order from this place! Ever since the previous owners sold the business and the new lot moved in, it’s gone terrible! Tried to order today from there and I’ve never ever seen such unfriendly hostile service from a manger! From the minute I walked in he was being very hesitant to serve me and so difficult I don’t understand. I’ve been shopping from there for 20+ years Kind regards Zulfi

They are a lovely group of gentleman who prepare food quickly and deliciously. So happy to be a regular at El Passo! We recommend highly to anyone who wants a lovely bite throughout the day!    Friday night is my movie & pizza night. I normally get Domino’s, but occasionally I try new places. Last night I ordered a pizza and a garlic bread from this place. The pizza thickness was okay, but it didn’t look that good, and I would have cook it a bit more as it was a bit raw to me. Also the garlic bread was bit oily, I soaked a napkin to get rid of some of the oil. However the taste was okay and I enjoyed my pizza. Lastly, the delivery time was good (35 minutes).

   Guy on the phone is absolutely rude, has no idea what customer service is! They’ve gotten my order wrong numerous times and shown attitude to me on top of that when I’ve called up. I made a mistake ordering on just eat so called back within minutes to explain, once again he was very rude on the phone telling me that he couldn’t change my order as it was already in the oven and would be out for delivery in 5 min, my mistake so fine but food arrived stone cold. Stay away from this place! Your better off paying a few pounds more and ordering from somewhere else.
