   A pharmacy that doesn't have off the rack reading glasses. An alleged local pharmacy. They don't have on the shelf medications, for a range of conditions. Practically most of the shelving in this place is the preserve of Yankee candles, Air fresheners, nappies, OK children need these, however, a weekly shop in Tesco's can get all of these things and more. This Pharmacy has a glasses rack, of sunglasses.?? Kitchen roll, useful, toilet rolls also. Go in here and ask for over the counter medication? 50% of the time all the time they don't have it. I know it's a wee small place, but back from the service counter is a large, space, where staff are on computers.?? I know they are doing vital stuff?? Could they not do this in a smaller area. Therefore affording more space to the smallness of this place. Push all of that back.?? Also just is with the two rooms, taking up other space??? One of them is probably the management room. Can management not also function in a smaller area? The reorganisation of this place and the taking out of superfluous stuff might be the way forward. More room for really important stuff, in local pharmacy. Also, why is this place, the only place, I have been to in 2 years, the only place that still has Plastic screens between servers, and customers. I mean is COVID 19 not indeed a thing of the past?? Hellfire I have been in Lidl, Tesco, my local shop, the local Chinese, the off license, on the bus , in a taxi, in Currys, in Argos, in the Abbeycentre, Etc Etc. The only perspex screen between servers and customers that still persists, is Greencastle pharmacy? Been in other pharmacies, no perspex screen????

   This pharmacy has gone above and beyond for me not only during lockdown but any other time. Super friendly staff who go the extra mile. Also extremely reliable when collecting scripts. Cannot recommend the team enough, well done!

   My son is 12 years old and has ADHD and PTSD. This chemist failed to complete his prescription on occasions and wait until it is out of date therefore they can't release what is owed. Also in the past 2 days they have failed to collect the script with no reason as to why and yet again my son has no medication. Polite people with a terrible service. I will not be using this chemist again!
