Helpful and friendly staff. Always try to please. I don't shop elsewhere.

We ran into a little issue with a multi buy offer on some drinks, but the staff resolved it promptly and easily for us. The store is well stocked and better than the Tesco express we visited around the corner. Plus the drinks here to go we’re actually cold.

I must express my disappointment regarding the treatment I received from Dave. It seems he lacks knowledge of customer service, and his attitude is quite concerning. If possible, I would recommend using the self-scan option to avoid any potential unpleasantness during your shopping experience.

I had an issue with an order placed through Deliveroo where the wrong order was delivered to me and Deliveroo was refusing to refund/redeliver to me despite me providing all the evidence to them that I had received the wrong order - anyway, after speaking directly to store manager Andy, he agreed to personally re-deliver the order himself and also threw in a box of chocolates to apologise for the situation so I am extremely grateful for that.

Pretty standard co op store, but well placed, very convenient as in conjunction with the nearby Tesco's, the two will almost always have just what I am looking for. I like the addition of a clear reduced to clear section to reduce food waste and honestly adds a bit of fun to the shop seeing if there's anything good in.

Very handy. Prices not low! But the opening hours are really good and good quality stock. Plenty of selection

A bit meh on food choices as most Co-ops are, usually a homeless person outside. This place always feels a bit dirty even when it's clean. Don't see many staff there as most tills are self serve.

This location is definitely key for all residents at this area. It also provides most tourists with snacks and drinks when they visit Clifton to see its amazing suspension bridge. For a small store, it provides a massive amount of stock. Staff seemed to be extra kind and happy they worked there.
