   I was treated appallingly by the manager of this store today when returning a faulty product ( battery operated shaver) I had purchased as a Christmas present for my husband. After explaining several times the shaver was faulty the manager refused to believe me and insisted I should take the matter up with the manufacturer Carmen . When I pointed out I had purchased the razor from clear pharmacy and not Carmen the manager was dismissive and insisted the razor was not faulty. Even though she could not demonstrate the razor working. My complaint was that the razor was not fit for purpose.after much wrangling she eventually refunded me. I will not be purchasing anything in future at Clear Pharmacy Abbey Centre or any of their stores..l am extremely disappointed having spent at least £300 in this shop in the run up to Christmas.

   Was up at the weekend and where the service was good but the sales assistant who served me her finger nails was that long she couldn’t use the card machine. Anyone who works in healthcare should never have claws that long they had of been a inch and half long

   Returned to this store after the cosmetics sales assistant was so helpful. Eimear was so kind and nothing was too much trouble. Helped me find something suitable for me and clearly not just out to make a sale. She was thoughtful and this sort of saleswoman is the reason I would be so eager to return. Thanks so much Eimear.

   Lovely girl Emma helped my husband today. We are visiting for England & I forgot his diabetic testing kit. Emma was amazing. Understanding and empathetic and gave us a testing kit left by the reps. Thank you Emma now we can enjoy our holiday!

   Well stocked pharmacy with extremely helpful staff. If they do not stock item the pharmacy will order it in and it's usually a next day delivery which is great. They will call and let you know when it arrives. Great offers every week and a very good Range of perfumes and make up.
