Had my medication that other pharmacies didn't, saved me from my GP's error with getting my meds in time so this Medicare was a lifesaver.
Don't stock nebulizers machine's.... Like you think you have 1 at least for someone who's in emergency!! No I had ordered one off flipping Amazon!! Mental
Over the years I've used a few different pharmacies, ranging from being akin to a cattle market to gossiping staff,and I find that Medicare on ballyclare road glengormly to be professional and courteous and doing whatever they can to help customers get what they want as quickly as possible.
They used to have a card reader for your bank card and they no longer have it they only take cash now
This is easily the best chemist in Glengormley. However, it's where customer service has gone to die. You're lucky if you are greeted in any way, no such thing as please or thank you either. I could actually describe one of the service staff as surly, it's like she is determined to be as unhelpful and as discourteous as possible. I have left the chemist a few times now when I see her working the cash register. Good customer service isn't that difficult!!
Would not recommend this place. i had an argument with her over the phone and the way she spoke to me was ridiculous i would not recommend this pharmacy maybe they should respect your customers and they will respect you back.
This is the worst chemist I've ever used. I don't know how they get the training because I witness the staff talking about elderly customers as they leave. I wouldn't recommend this drug store for this alone only they keep holding mums prescription for up to a week sometimes, again I would not recommend.
My partner and I were here a few days ago and the girls at the desk couldn’t have been more helpful, they went above and beyond to help us find our proscription that our doctor told us was sent but turned out it had never left the doctors practice as it wasn’t properly looked for. Very welcoming and pleasant thank you, wish everyone was this helpful.
