   I have to start by saying the people that work in this pharmacy are extremely nice and really experts, all of them. I’ll never thank enough the man that helped me to get the medicines which i could not get by the reason because i was a tourist. I've never seen anything like this before where I live, and this was another reason to realize that, working with you, local people, could just be a golden opportunity to grow for my personal experience, thank you so much.

   The staff are unbelievably incompetent and just downright rude. And to top it all off the move at a glacial pace. They shout at each other across the place about sensitive things. I now pick up a physical script and take it to literally any other pharmacy because of the abysmal service.

   I went to collect aftershave I had ordered online for Christmas from your Northcott branch. The lady on the perfume counter and the lady who was gift-wrapping were absolutely lovely. Couldn't have been more helpful. They are both a credit to your store.

   They are always super busy but so helpful & they do try to get you sorted as soon as possible with your prescriptions etc. The staff are lovely ☺️

   Absolutely useless, had my prescription from my doctor for 4 days. Never bothered to complete it and when I went to collect it there were 4 items out of stock and another item missing from what they had dispensed. Incompetent is a kind description of the service.

   I’m not being funny but if you’re looking for Christmas presents they do a Christmas club and I bought all my Christmas presents this year in here - everything from Bessie Bags, Jessica purses to XL pallets. Tan mits, other makeup, jewellery and the list is endless. The Christmas club runs from start of November and you can pickup everything you need with a min deposit of £10 and pay it off by 16th Dec
