   After looking online for some deals I decided to walk on over and check the store out, plenty of stock, all the items I were after were the same price as online (amazing) Dean was very helpful and most importantly he was fast! Got a price check for me and also told me I could get another gut health product for free as I was purchasing two Its rare to see the same deals online in the actual store 10/10 Will be back for more Cheers

   Very bad experience shopping at this store. This store has several items with a buy 3, get 2 free promotion, so I chose three products that were on sale. When I went to checkout, the cashier charged me full price. When I asked about the offer, she told me it had ended a while ago. It should be shameful to deceive people like that.

   Waited at a till to be served, as soon as it was my turn he left the till and never said anything. It was a male. That's not how you should treat your customers. Rude. Anyway a very nice friendly lady came on to the till sometime afterwards and served me. She was great. Your staff should be reminded that the customer pays their salary.

   They were rather pushy and issued me with a loyalty card without asking. I thought ok then it's done now so maybe at least it will give me some extra savings. When I went in there this week they told me "you had £5 of points but they expired last week. You have to keep spending them within a couple of months". I won't be shopping at H&B again or using your loyalty card!

   Been living in the area for over 11 years, yet this branch takes the prize for rudest staff I've encountered since we moved to the area. Was promised 2nd product 1/2 price, but they didnt have 2nd in stock. "Come back on Monday" I was told "when we have stock replenished". I did, showed them a photo of receipt, which was missing some information apparently so they didnt accept it, even though time date name of person who dealt with me originally was on there, so basically everything they need to check their own system. I'm sure its illegal what they did, but dont want to face their staff again. Wont be returning and neither will any member of our family.

   If you can forgive the tax breaks, Amazon is far better priced. If Holland and Barrett relauched as a religious group, I'm sure they could take advantage of the near same loopholes.

   Good range of health foods and suppliments convenient to centre, part of national chain with own brand nuts, seeds, grains etc including organic and some processed veggy foods. Sometimes slightly pricy but regular good special offers like mix and match buy one get one half price on everything.
