Good stock with a surprisingly broad range of products. Very friendly staff and a delightful way to do your post office business also.

Post office hours incorrect. Staff rude. On the website and on the counter the post office opening times are clearly displayed as 730am - 730pm. I went in there at 5pm to be told that the post office had closed. I missed the opportunity to send off a highly important document and as such my business will now suffer a financial loss as a result. I returned the next day to post the item and when I challenged the lady serving she told me that the opening times had changed, however, she wasn’t able to tell me what they were. I told her this was unhelpful to which she rudely replied “the post office isn’t our priority as we don’t make money on it”. I suggested she remove the sign and update the website because it was very unclear and people (like me) often base a day around hitting the last post. Her response was to look at me blankly and say “oh well”. Terrible customer service. Despite being a local resident I shall not be using the post office nor the Coop there again!

Great well stocked shop in Stoke Bishop, they do manage to cram a lot of stuff in to a small shop In the time of crisis they do deliveries as well, which is good If you sue the store in the lock down please support them after too - it is true with all local shops that are doing well in the lock down

Brilliant service! Since this lock down started I have had regular deliveries and everything I have requested has been available. I normally use the post office for parcels and have always found the staff friendly and helpful. Its great to have local grocery store.
