I do not recommend Wild Oats. The staff are unfriendly, and the business seems quick to ban customers, even those who have spent a significant amount of money. Instead of taking care of their customers or addressing concerns, they choose to ban people without giving a clear or fair reason.
Staff are always really friendly and helpful. Really good selection of organic and natural foods and supplements. Their prices are also much better than other Health Food shops in the Bristol area!
Love this shop. I look forward to going every Wednesday when I work nearby, it's honestly my highlight of the day! Lovely range of mushroom coffees, snacks, salad bowls, zero waste at the back and very friendly staff
Wonderful shop full of quality interesting products. Excellent coffee, great selection of quality bread, pastries and all sorts of tasty looking dishes. The service is super friendly and we really enjoyed sitting outside with our lovely ice latte.

Wild Oats has been one of my very favourite shops since I discovered it 30 years ago. Service, product quality & range, and ethics are second to none. I especially value the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff who run the supplements section
This is a great organic shop with reasonable prices and a wide selection, which includes cleaning products, supplements and beauty, and fresh cakes and savouries. The staff are always very kind and helpful. Glad I have found this place in Bristol :)
My favorite place to shop and snack! Also great coffee.. The variety of healthy tasty high quality products is amazing. Gluten free, vegan, high in protein, yummy- they have it all! The service is patient and nice.. the prices are a lot better than big supermarkets! And the chocolate granola bar? Wow.
Well what a change! I stopped coming here a while back, which was a shame as they always has the best products in the area, and recently following them on the socials thought Id give them another go. Well what a change, the store still looks the same but all the old haughty and horrible staff have gone and everyone was super nice and friendly and the vibe in store was refreshing! Love the new artwork. Well done Wild oats, see you soon.
