My son loves going to Rock A Tots and cheers when we arrive! The staff are warm and friendly and he carries out lots to keep him busy!
A great big thank you to rockatots day nursery they truly made my day . Was walking back from Tesco,when I came across some nursery children on an afternoon walk I asked them if they were enjoying their walk . I was told by nursery assistant they were doing random acts of kindness and was presented with a Rose.
We’ve had our little one at this nursery since they were 14 months old. The staff have been so brilliant, listening to our needs and also guiding us in the best way to help settle in our child. They cater to the individual needs of the children, and communicate extremely well. Can’t fault them!
The staff are all so lovely & caring. My daughter has been going since 6 months old and she comes home so happy & content. They listen to you, they follow your routines as best as they can and will advise of any illnesses going around and put you at ease with daily updates and observations. Highly recommend!
STAY CLEAR!!!! Paid £200 for 2 days after telling them we'd be on holiday 3 paid days before Aria was due in. They couldn't be bothered to check the accounts and said if we don't pick her up ( after already dropping her off) They would call the authorities! YES! Put her in CARE. We removed her straight away TRUST BROKEN!! .
Friendly and welcoming staff and the kids are great too. Nice atmosphere and plenty of areas for the children to play in
Rockatots is an excellent nursery, my son has come on leaps and bounds since being here. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
We love rock a tots! Our daughter has been going 1 day a week since she was 8 months old and she loves going. The staff are amazing really friendly and make excellent bonds with the children. They have a variety of freshly cooked meals provided on site and plenty of toys and activities for the children. We have a contact book that lets us know everything she has been doing at nursery and can pass information from the staff to us and us to the staff easily. They have a really calm and relaxed environment for them and I think this helps the settling process! They also use Tapestry which allows us to login and see photos and videos of what she has been getting up to and also lets us see if she is progressing and meeting the correct criteria for her age group. I would recommend Rock a Tots to anyone looking for a nursery for their children it is amazing and wouldn't even consider anywhere else for our daughter.
Rock a Tots is amazing! Our son (who is 11 months) has been going since February and he has settled so well; he doesn't cling to me when I leave and is very happy when I pick him up. I've noticed that he is a happier baby since he started going each day. There are different rooms for the various ages of the children and as they grow they pass through; they all have the cutest names "Babbling Bunnies", "Curious Caterpillars!" Each room is light and colourful making it a rich environment for learning and play. There are plenty of stimulating toys and activities so they will be hard pushed to get bored. I can't show how much I appreciate how friendly and professional the staff are; my son is so happy to go to them when he arrives but he has also waved goodbye when we leave. You can't make a baby fake if he likes someone and he is one content baby! The security is good which makes me feel at ease. His development has also increased, he was advanced before but they give him all the support and stimulation he needs, and more! Thank you so much Rock a Tots!
