I visit Causeway lounge at least once a month for business. Every time, the experience is consistently outstanding. I want to give a special mention to Graham, who was absolutely outstanding. His professionalism, calm approach and integrity really stands out. If you're looking for a place where the staff go above and beyond, where the experience feels seamless, and where you're treated with genuine respect and attention - Causeway Lounge is it. Highly recommended.

Small yet effective lounge. Not many options but we had gone there early in the morning. Also remember, they have a dress code so please adhere.

Lounge is getting tired and in need of a massive upgrade to continue to be value for money and to compete with other regional lounges in the UK. It is very lacking in comparison to the lounge in George Best Belfast City Airport and lags well behind other lounges in Aberdeen, London (both main airports) Edinburgh and Manchester. There is also now a policy where despite being the holder of a full paid Priority Pass the airport has no facilities to prebook for this card. On my visit on 23/09/25 despite half the tables being empty all but 3 had prebooked signs up. Prebooking should be extended to any accepted card to make the system fair to paying card holders. Aside from this issue the food counter is small and choices are somewhat limited. I took a picture after the team had just replaced all the items. There is a good selection of both hot and cold soft drinks and the basic alcohols. Cost wise it is one of the cheaper lounges at £15 per person but if I didn’t have a paid card I would definitely not be paying to visit this lounge, there are plenty of other outlets at the airport with more availability and better choice of food and drink For me the biggest issue for this lounge is the space in comparison to the airport passenger numbers, I’m hoping that there is a more spacious and better provisioned lounge in the £100mill upgrade plan which has been ongoing since 2018 but as yet I’ve seen no commitment to this happening As a finishing note despite the lounge being half empty people were already being turned away due to the restrictive policy for prebooking. Even customers who prebooked were turned away as they had booked a time more than 2.5hrs before despite the BIA website letting them book that time

A small lounge by gates 16-17 which accepts priority pass. Food selection is cold so expect wraps and cakes. Small bar selection but major brands. Plenty of soft drinks. Furniture and toilets a little tired. Staff very friendly however. Would visit again.

This is an airport lounges where you can access with Priority Pass, and you would not pay any additional fees and charges. All food and driving are free of charge with unlimited consumption. There is not a huge amount of food for breakfast but still good though.

In all my years travelling this is still the worst lounge in the world. City airport do it better. Main issue: there's virtually no food worth describing. Poor poor poor. Today they've run out of a package of crisps! How do you run out of things as basic as that? . Can't let you in until around 2 hours before departure - who else does that? Hours are rubbish. Dull and drab decor

Not the best lounge. You can't go in until around 2 hours before your flight. Most others I have been in give you 3 hours. You get sternfully told 3 alcoholic drinks only. Clearly they have had issues. Although i was told that this was the terms of the airport. I suppose it is County Antrim though. Belfast City Airport lounges are way better. Food limited to soup and wraps in the afternoon. The response gives an incorrect email address so I am unable to respond.

Priority pass lounge holder, Nothing special, but the lounge provided a nice clean, quiet space. There was an assortment of toasts, yogurt, pastries, muffins, fresh fruit, and juices for breakfast. TV and a flight status screen. Good experience overall.

Visited the Causeway Lounge at Belfast International on 10 Feb. The lounge looks pretty nice and looks like it had be refurbished recently. Entry is via double doors with the reception in front, the lounge to the left and toilets to the right. The lady at the reception had to my ears a pretty strong accept which I'm not used to. So I pretty much had to ask her to repeat everything once. Which required her to speak slower and with a greater effort at moderating her accent. Something that visibly irritated her. So thumbs down for attitude. Inside the decor is a lighted muted grey/brown colours with seating in a range of styles. There's high chair breakfast tables, couches with coffee tables and standard sized tables and chairs. As far as I could tell, all the seating areas had power sockets, some even had four points especially the couches and all the power outlets are for UK style plugs. I arrived around lunchtime and noticed only a very little selection of food, most of which I couldn't even eat as a vegetarian. Available was a spicy parsnip soup, a selection of breads, Choriza, Pastrami, a selection of cheeses (including a blue), some biscuits, the usual soft drinks, crisps (that's the British vernacular), some alcohol and a coffee machine. Can't fault the diligence of the staff in keeping the lounge clean. By my count they came by about every 20 minutes or so to clear away the plates form the tables. Overall, the lounge is small and okay for comfort. Given the dearth of decent seating in the airport, it's certainly a better alternative. Thankfully I have a lounge pass, otherwise I'd feel it wasn't worth paying.
