   Such a shame the service I have received ~ and interesting to see multiple people in the reviews saying they experienced the same. As a person who owns my own business and has worked with 100+ clients myself - I know full well that this is not a way to treat clients. I worked with Emma earlier this year, and throughout the process she left me long periods of time ignored completely via email in a situación which was urgent and when finally responded to my emails, sometimes the responses were extremely rude and condescending. I have now been trying to speak with Emma for months as she had said in December she will complete the service I need from her - and there are few public notaries in Devon. I have WhatsApped and followed up via email so many times without response that I am actually exhausted and have decided to work with a notary in London. It’s actually easier to go to London to sign the documents than it is to get in contact with Emma to answer simple questions of her service. When you need a service done by very specific dates, of course before those dates you need to understand how much it will cost & understand the service itself. I did not receive this courtesy from Emma. I see many people here leaving very good reviews and it’s just a shame that I couldn’t be one of those people.

   Three weeks ago I left a message on her answer phone followed up by an email. Not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement. For a professional person appalling. Contacted a Notary in Avonwick and was seen the same day and paperwork was completed there and then. Excellent service.
