   If I could give no stars I would. Firstly, soaking wet floor, no effort to wipe this up. Incredibly concerning in a village residing in elderly and young children. Prices are ridiculous. Staff are miserable and often mop around doing nothing, no greetings, no goodbye and barely any interaction during interaction, which is you taking my money. Please exclude rufus, Lucy and the heavily tattooed lady, they are good at their jobs.

   If I could score zero I would.The number of times I have been overcharged at the till is unbelievable, ticket prices do not match till.please do not advise contacting customer service as I already have done so, with a very unsatisfactory reply, therefore not responding further!! This gripe does not in any way involve the staff that work there, in fact they deserve a medal!
