Landed into the shop today with my son to buy boots and a groin guard. Was served by an absolute gentleman that could not help enough to help find the perfect fit. From this experience Ringsport Ireland will certainly be the first place i will go back too, for any boxing related purchases in the future.
Highly recommend this company we ordered wrong size. The company went above and beyond, to get correct size to Dublin for my son finals in the stadium in Dublin this evening. The quality of the boxing clothes is outstanding. I will shop no where else now!

My experience, as an online shopper from Ringsport Ireland, has been excellent. I was given advice very quickly after requesting it by email. They have a phone number for ROI as well as the UK which a lot of suppliers don't have outside the ROI, so contacting them this way is also an option which is useful. After reading some of the poor reviews, my advice would be to contact the store and they can make sure the items are in stock. Their responses are super quick and very helpful, far more so than bigger stores, who by the way also have a habit of taking money then cancelling orders because the system has not updated its stock-take. This is a hazard of online shopping! My order arrived just two days after placing it. The pricing is very competitive. The items are excellent quality and packaged well. Ringsport Irealnd are also the only supplier of a large range of Sting Gear in Ireland from what I can see. It's good to know they are there and we will absolutely use their service again.
This store is an absolute joke. Starting with the customer service and ending with the quality of the products. I ordered boots for my son. He wore them for the first time for training, and please have a look at the condition of the boots. After I placed a complaint the answer from the store was that it was my sons fault. They said that he must be training outside on concrete which is absolutely not true. He trains in a ring. Avoid this place. If I could give no stars, I would.
I had a very positive experience here. I called up to ask advice on buying a large punch bag, and I was given very helpful advice with no sense of a rush. Everything arrived quickly. The bracket had come from the manufacturer with one wrong piece, and as soon as I contacted them it was handled within in minutes and a replacement sent. I was really surprised reading the other reviews saying the person they dealt with was rude. I've spoken to the same person on every occasion (I don't know his name), but he was very friendly. I wonder did the folks who had negative reviews here pick up on Irish banter as being rude? My experience though was really positive, and we had a good laugh. Thanks guys, I really appreciate the great advice, products and customer support!
Incredibly responsive customer service. Several hiccups along the way due to delays in the supply line which meant my order took over 2 months to arrive - not any fault of Ringsport. However the customer service team would respond within 24 hours and kept me up to date, even offering to assist with some interim gloves pending receipt of those I had ordered. They were responsive, attentive and very friendly despite me pestering them. Items arrived very well packaged and in great condition.
Avoid this company a child could run it better than the current management, accepts your order then takes days to just randomly cancel it because no stock. Complete useless waste of time. LEARN HOW TO UPDATE YOUR SITE CORRECTLY USLEESS PEOPLE!!! I COULD GENUINELY DO BETTER WHEN I WAS 8 AND THATS SAD.
I was concerned about the lack of reviews on trust pilot for this company and I was right to be!! Bought from them waited days and they cancelled my order with no explanation at all, I had hound them for one. They tell me the item is out of stock for 30 days even though it's available to buy on their site right now? They don't bother updating their website. When I complained they called me a liar and started getting smart, unreliable wasters. SHOCKING customer service. AVOID AT ALL COST!!
My advice is DONT use this company. Ordered the Tonfa. What I received was not the same as the photo on their website. The product when received came from Birmingham NOT Ireland yet the postage they charged was from Ireland (£8.00). Total con artists. The first pic is what I ordered - the 2nd is what I got. If you know anything about the Tonfa you'll know why I'm irritated. By the way don't try and leave a review on their website as it doesn't work.
