   I wasn't a direct client of Howard and Over, however there were acting for the base of our property sale chain. Their actions (or lack of) caused massive delays in our transactions. To the point where we only exchanged contracts a day before completion. This was caused entirely by their lack of professionalism, lack of communication with both clients, estate agents and solicitors. They failed to lodge enquiries in time, missed emails and delayed lenders . Moving house is stressful enough, but I would never recommend this firm to anyone unless you want extra stress in the process

   Danielle at Howard and Over Ivybridge was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of our house purchase. We are first time buyers so didn’t have much knowledge on anything. Danielle was always happy to answer all of our queries and responded to emails extremely quickly - not once did we have to chase anything. The process went so smoothly which we were so pleased about as we know that buying a house can be very stressful! Would highly recommend Danielle to anyone and everyone I know. Neil stepped in for a few days whilst Danielle was away and he was also brilliant - quick responses to all of our queries.    Neil and his talented team handled our house sale and purchase with consummate skill and expertise. What impressed us was that we had the constant impression that we really mattered as clients; house sales are a fraught business usually, but we were constantly reassured that things were on course, and Neil was more than capable of eliciting a response from our vendor's occasionally slumbering solicitors. To sum up, we really felt we mattered. You can't ask for more and it was much appreciated.
