Avoid avoid. Unprofessional and not very forthcoming with information or progress. They claim an person who is sick person does not have the right to tell someone not to look into there medical file which doesn't relate to this case. Which seems abit unreal for someone acting in solicitor capacity to come out with that comment. Speaks volumes. Avoid avoid.
Please ignore the bad reviews! I currently have a claim going through by these fantastic solicitors and we just had a positive result, just awaiting the final stages of outcome. I was very anxious at first about going down this route and the main reason was to bring justice as the defendant had a very bad attitude about my accident that they caused. I was reassured from the start, they never over promised (or undelivered) but were informative all the way through, everything was explained to me in a straight forward way and I really love that they sent me a representive to do all the paperwork and that person was so kind, reassuring and excellent. Every step of my claim has been done professionally, reassuringly and I have been kept informed throughout. Amazing work from Jen and Agnieszka especially and all the staff there are so lovely. The lady I spoke to on the phone reception line is also so lovely and professional too. I don't understand anyone (the minority) who is saying anything bad about this firm, they are utterly amazing and I would say this even if the claim had not been successful. I also really like that everytime I sent an email to my solicitor, that I always get an acknowledgement response back which must be very hard for them as they must have a lot to do every day. Please trust these guys and girls ..they are amazing and trustworthy. Thank you to you all for your continued work.
Very good overall. only thing I have bad to say is, they literally don't push for you. you need to be on them else your simple settlement claim that the other person said was liable and said they was will take best part of 3 years. Could of easily of been done with in a year!

Absolutely disappointed with the way my case was handled! My case was passed to person to person; the communication between me ether company as a whole was very little.! Overall this company and the way they work should be shut down completely and investigated for fraud
Terrible company by the look of reviews from years ago, DON'T use this small time company at all especially if Lindsey Howells is assigned to your case doesn't do much apart from talking over ppl and drinking coffee lol, seriously. They don't know what they are doing and takes months to get things done as they are really disorganised, this is what happens when you use a small COUNTRYSIDE firm it takes 7months to still be in stage one process, debbie the receptionist is clearly deaf and slow, very slow. Luckily I've sorted out a new firm that is Organised, unlike these clowns.
