   WY Solicitors have seriously let us down. Communication was poor, with urgent emails and calls often ignored, and updates on case progress were at times misleading and dishonest. Overall, the service fell far short of what we expected. I will not be using them again and would advise others to look elsewhere in the Plymouth area.

   I was impressed with the level of contact while selling my house. Often this meant I didn’t have to chase them up and this made the process much easier. Gabby was excellent she sent prompt emails and kept me updated throughout the process. Natalia was also very helpful and sent information over to me in a timely manner.    This is the second time I have used Woolcombe Yonge Solicitors for a purchase and 1st time for a sale on a property using Natalie and Ruby. I honestly could not think of 1 single fault to put against them. From the very beginning to the very end Ruby has kept in contact with me throughout, explained everything thoroughly (I’m new to it all so not a huge amount of knowledge around the legal side of things) and have gone above and beyond to make it as smooth as possible. It hasn’t been easy with the most recent purchase and there have been many obstacles thrown at us but they have proceeded to stay professional, on the ball and still managed to get my sale completion and my purchase completion on the same day with only 1 week notice. They have worked against all odds to get this done and at one point I didn’t think it was going to happen but they made the impossible possible and get it done. I never felt like I couldn’t ask a question even if I felt silly, it was explained and I was made to feel at ease and knew everything was under control by Ruby. I can honestly say I will not even consider another solicitors to use for any future purchases/sales I have and will be going straight back to Woolcombe Yonge and asking for Natalie and Ruby. I couldn’t recommend them enough, they are absolutely fabulous. For anyone looking at finding a solicitor for a sale or purchase, get in contact with them.    Top marks for persistence! Joe and Courtney (+ Abi, and I’m sure a bunch of others I haven’t met) helped me with a house purchase that had lots of complications, took over 7 months, and in the end needed to happen within days. They kept calm and professional and helped me get everything over the line in time. Can be a little slow to respond or pick up the phone sometimes, but they’ll always get back to you. Also, they’re reasonably and transparently priced, which is helpful during a time when you feel like your hemorrhaging money left and right...
