   House buying and selling dealt with by Ray Patterson and completed on 22.4.22. All I can say is use them if you want a doorbell that has apparently not worked for at least 10 years, office closed for more than an hour at lunchtime every day, no answer phone on, no clients allowed inside the building for any reason despite Covid restrictions nationally lifted, appointment needed to deliver something to the door, no regular updates, emails not answered until chased after a week, no comunication with "your" solicitor, patronising and unhelpful written replies to reasonable requests, high additional charges for anything outside of what they consider the "normal" conveyancing requirements.
