   I used this firm because they were recommended by our estate agents, but unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. Communication was sometimes slow, and I found myself having to chase for updates more than expected. There were multiple spelling mistakes on my contract and no apology for the errors, which didn’t inspire confidence. They did get the job done in the end, but I wouldn’t choose to use them again. Some positives, but overall a frustrating experience.

   For several years I was preparing for retirement and the sale of my business. I had very specific requirements regarding the type of buyer I wanted to sell to, in particular regarding the treatment of my clients and my staff. Corri Pedrick and her team at Kitson Boyce LLP acted with complete professionalism providing me with invaluable and essential advice and back up during the negotiations from inception to completion and execution of the Share Purchase Agreement. It was not a straight forward transaction, with regulatory issues involved as well as the usual legal due diligence issues. Everything was dealt with speedily where necessary, and the advice given helped to protect us as the sellers. Where external advice was appropriate, from accountants experienced in such transactions for example, Corri had the necessary contacts when we needed a third party viewpoint. I cannot recommend Corri and her team highly enough for a combination of professionalism and dealing with you as a person as well as a client. I have used Kitson Boyce on other matters and can say that the same professionalism is reflected in the other teams

   Dealing with Kitsons was a nightmare. Firstly when my Father dies and my mother used then for managing accounts. She would always complain why she had to wait months for and funds to transfer, and always had to chase them to get any service. Then once my mother passed we used again against out better judgment, but as they had all the unfo on both parents thought should be fine. My siblings and I completed all the probate forms so all that was needed was a rubber stamp. Still were told other work needed with no explanation. Waited months for results, only got excuses. Were overcharged and begrudgingly repaid. Just what you don't need while mourning the loss if parents

   We got recommended by a family member to use kitsons first time buying a house so we had no idea on the process our solicitor was great at the start she then left the company and we had someone else deal with our house purchase. We had to always chase them up they never answered there phone calls so we were always on edge not knowing what was going on. When your paying someone a lot of money you expect them to answer you right? Nope not this company it made our house experience painful because we always had to chase and if we didn’t then we didn’t know how far along we were in getting the keys. And when there were a few issues we didn’t get to find out until late afternoon when they’ve known all day. Maybe there just to busy right now with everyone buying a house and they can’t give you the service they say they give you. We will not be using this company again. And we are so glad we have the keys and have completed our house purchase.
