   This store always gives me the best rates when I need travel money. I’ve been a few times now, and it’s always quick and easy. The girls are super friendly and always say that if I ever find a better rate somewhere else, to let them know and they’ll try to beat it , which I think is really decent of them. So far, I’ve never had to! Great service and great value, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

   I’ve bought a few jewellery pieces from Ramsdens Chippenham, and I’m always impressed. They’ve got a lovely range of pre-owned items, unique pieces you wouldn’t find elsewhere, and at really reasonable prices. The staff are friendly, patient, and never pushy. They give you space to browse but are happy to help if you have questions. Everything I’ve bought has been in great condition and nicely presented. If you're looking for something special without paying high street prices, I’d definitely recommend popping in!

   Massively over inflated prices on most gold and silver jewelry. I've actually found many items cheaper brand new from original suppliers then what Ramsdens sell them for. Quick example, gold sovereign from Ramsdens -£399, from the royal mint -£350!
