Order an item on the 29th of September, it still hasn't arrived. Not very happy as it was meant to be a xmas present. How can it take so long. Won't be ordering again.

Terrible shop. Ordered an item start of December which said it would be delivered within 2-3 days. Now well into January no order and after emailing customer service for weeks I finally got a snarky reply. They are trying to say the item i ordered was advertised as “ delivery in the new year”, which I know for a fact it was not as I put off ordering other items which were labelled as such.

Product good, but took almost 3 weeks to arrive. Email not replied to. Grandson had no present to open on his birthday! Wouldn't use again. Will pay the bit extra to buy local. Not impressed.

I purchased an Armagh mini kit 1-2 years from The GAA Store. It arrived in a timely fashion given that the store is located in NI and I live in the USA. When I tried the product on my toddler, I couldn’t get his head through the neck of the shirt. I called the GAA store and the store rep informed me that, if I wanted an exchange for a larger size, I would have to pay to ship it back to NI and then again to the USA. If I decided against this, she suggested that I stretch the neckline of the shirt. I ended up going with the latter due to the hassle of the exchange process and the item ended up fitting my toddler. I don’t like having to do this with items that I buy, as it is a form of damage, plus the item should have fitted anyway. I purchased a same size Kilkenny shirt for my toddler at the O’Neill’s store in Newry, NI, when I was visiting in April and it fit my child fine. I wasn’t impressed that the McKeever shirt did not fit without resorting to stretching the stitching around the shirt’s neck. Not overly satisfied. Emailed the customer services department and the reason given for the poor fit was that “unfortunately different brands can run different sizes.”

Ordered Adidas trainers from them, arrived as advertised 4 days later. Trainers were reasonably priced (a good 20% cheaper than anywhere else) and in perfect condition. This is my first order with them and I'd order from them again no problems.

***AVOID***. Paid over £6 for Royal Mail Tracked 24H delivery for a birthday. Ordered on a Friday and received midday the following Wednesday. Advised that for the cost and the description of "24H" delivery that this was unacceptable. The response was that there was nothing they could do and that was basically that. Advised that they should highlight that a "24H" postage option isn't 24 hour delivery but 4 day delivery. Also refund a customer for the postage if they have had to wait over 4 days. Will not be a returning customer.
