They get the job done eventually but with a lot of encouragement. A lot of emails go unnoticed/are ignored. Certainly reactive rather than proactive, tend to raise pointless queries even after written confirmation from the relevant council that this information is not needed nor were permissions necessary ie, insisting I needed planning permission to renew a thatched roof that was in need of repair. They did an okay job but wouldn't rush to use them again.
I just called to asked if I could pop in and have my passport and proof of address certified for a house sale up North. Very rude lady said that unless I was a client in the last two years they would not help. Surely this is a service any solicitors can help with. Shame as I buy and sell dozens of properties a year but won't be using this company anytime soon.

I find everyone here so very helpful and friendly that an appointment is a pleasure. I have dealt in particular with Victoria Fordham who is welcoming, understanding and very efficient and her secretary Stephanie Reid who is lovely and goes to great lengths to ensure clients feel really well looked after. The offices are comfortable and airy - although I did prefer the old ones - and easy to find, they have limited parking but there is plenty on the streets nearby. I highly recommend them.
