   Can't work won't work attitude, was going to buy a pair of Nike trainers couldn't find anyone on the floor. Had to que at desk to ask the young girl to radio someone, funny old thing someone didn't turn up, so I waited by the store door until someone finally came out, but she was busy which was fair enough so she called a young lad on the radio and explained where I was waiting with my trainer in hand, yet again got fed up waiting and left.

   Atrocious Customer service from staff members. I bought a pair of trainers in Sports direct Ballymena yesterday. I discovered when I got home that they were faulty so took them back today. They didn't have another pair in my size. I was refused a refund as the Customer advisor who had no people skills, said it was a factory fault and not the fault of Sportsdirect. He gave me a credit note and informed me it can't be used online. I told him that I wanted a refund to use to purchase a pair from their online store. He still refused and told me I could use the voucher to purchase something else from.the shop. I told him I didn't want anything else and only wanted to purchase the shoes. He didnt care and has just lost his shop a customer.

   Genuinely curious if staff are forced to work there against their will? or how on earth they get hired..went up to the till, said hello, young girl said nothing. Scanned my stuff and I asked for a bag.. nothing..Did not give me a bag or speak. Didn’t tell me the total. As she stood I then awkwardly paid..thinking maybe she will bag it after..But didn’t, I then asked for a bag again, and she then spoke and said “25p” then gave me the receipt for the bag instead of my clothes. So I went back, she was talking away to another staff member. I said about not getting my receipt, she never spoke, handed it to me, i then noticed she charged me £22 when it said “mega value £20” on a label. It’s only £2 but don’t label things £20 if they’re not? Of course the girl was like “no it’s £22 they’ve always been £22” Sort out your staff and your labels

   Utterly horrendous customer service! Doesn't come as much of a surprise to see a 2.7 rating out of 5. How that place still does business is beyond me, considering the ridiculous attitude and work ethic of their employees. Senior management should maybe take a refresher course and be made well aware that business success isn't just about the products and services a firm offers to the public. Much success can be traced to the management of the business. If you don't hire the right people, supervise them properly, track inventories, and stick to a budget, you'll fail to make money with even the best products and services. Sports Direct, SORT IT OUT. You're welcome.

   Absolute disgrace of a shop the employee's are the rudest people I have ever came across in retail!!! Went in to buy outfits for kids in a time where shops are encouraging people to spend money due to pandemic got treated like a criminal couldn't even do my shopping approached the manager and told her how rude and unwelcoming her staff were being to be told that's thier job what a disgrace!! Avoid at all cost spend your money in shops that appreciate your custom..
